Application Process
To apply for your child to join the Little Graduates Family, please download the application form, complete it, then upload it onto our application portal. Please note that an individual application form is required for each child joining our family.
*All documents should be Certified
- – Completed Application Form signed by both parents (mandatory)
- – Both parent’s ID documents / Passports (mandatory)
- – Learner’s birth certificate unabridged (mandatory)
- – Study Permit if not SA Resident (mandatory)
- – Child’s latest report card from previous school (optional)
- – Learner’s immunization clinic card updated (mandatory)
- – Medical Aid Card if available/doctors contacts
- – Proof of latest residence (Municipal rates account) (mandatory)
- – Click Submit to pay for Non refundable application fee R1000
